Returns & Defective Product
You shouldn’t have to worry about your gear not working properly, which is why we try to ensure that you’re getting the highest quality outdoor gear available. We want you to love your Calcutta Outdoors products, but if you’re dissatisfied for any reason, we want to make it right.
1. Complete the Contact Us Form, select “order return” as the Topic. Within the form, include the following information: Order Number & Reason for Return.
2. The form must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for return.
Additional Return Information:
- If the order is eligible to be returned, a response will be sent with a Return Authorization Number and instructions for returning the item(s).
- All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, tags attached, and be unused or unworn.
- Warranties on all Calcutta products are non-transferrable and only applicable to the original purchaser with proof of purchase from an authorized retailer or CalcuttaOutdoors.com. For Warranty Claims, please complete the warranty claim forms located at the bottom of the page.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment in the amount of the original purchase price. A refund may take up to 10 business days to process depending on the banking entity. All original parts and packaging will need to be returned.
- Exchanges for other items or different variations of the same item are not available. However, if choosing to replace the same item(s), that will be accomplished per available stock upon receipt of returned item(s).
